HBALEF Scholarship Application

The Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania Legal Education Fund (“HBALEF”), a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional and educational advancement of Hispanics in the legal profession, awards scholarships each year to qualified law students throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley. In prior years, scholarships were awarded in the amount of one thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($1,650.00). For the year 2011-2012, we expect to remain consistent with amounts awarded in prior years. The HBALEF hopes these funds will not only promote the success of Hispanic students, but also attract more Hispanic lawyers to practice in Pennsylvania.
